There is a vaccine for Hepatitis B which is available at a low cost. Therefore, everyone should get this vaccine. This reduces the risk. Alcohol consumption damages the liver. Apart from this, taking medicines without knowing it can also cause harm. Therefore, do not take any medicine without the advice of a doctor.
Fatty liver is increasing a lot these days and is becoming one of the causes of hepatitis. There is no effective medicine for fatty liver. Therefore, healthy living is the only hope. To prevent fatty liver, one must keep weight under control. Regular physical labor must be done. A balanced nutritious diet is essential.
