1. To remove burnt and black marks from pots and pans, rub powdered soap on mustard paper. Then wash it off. The burn marks will go away.

2. To remove light stains from white clothes, after washing the clothes, mix the juice of 2 lemon leaves in half a bucket of water and dip the wet clothes. After 10 minutes, mix well without lifting.

3. To clean the grill of the balcony or window, first wipe it with a dry cloth. Then mix half a cup of kerosene oil with mustard oil. Apply this mixture with cotton. This will not remove dirt or rust from the grill.

4. To keep the biscuits fresh and crunchy, place a spoonful of sugar or blotting paper in the middle of the bowl.

5. If you want to peel boiled eggs quickly and easily, soak them in cold water from the refrigerator.

6. If you want to keep the patali jaggery firm, place it in the middle of the jaggery muri.

7. If you are short on eggs for making a cake, you can use cornflour as an alternative.

8. While making paste with date molasses, sometimes the milk gets split. When the milk thickens, let it cool down a bit and then add the molasses. Stir well and boil it again for a while, the milk will not split.

9. When cooking ole, kachu, or kachushak, add some tamarind juice or lemon juice to it. Then you won't have to worry about an itchy throat while eating it.
