Learn the easy way to clean jackfruit seeds
Jackfruit seeds are great for frying and are also great for enhancing the flavor of various types of curries. Many people peel the reddish skin off jackfruit seeds before cooking. There is an easy way to remove it.
When the jackfruit seeds are dry, peel off the white skin on top. Then mix the juice of one lemon in hot water and soak the jackfruit seeds in it. After 15 minutes, put the seeds in an empty bottle and shake them a few times. After washing with water, you will see that the jackfruit seeds are completely clean.
Instead of lemon juice, you can also soak jackfruit seeds in water mixed with vinegar and salt.
